• Through the completion of an insurance application submitted by an insured’s representative

• Through other relevant information submitted with your insurance application

• By notification of a potential claim either directly from the insured or through their representative

• From external reports provided to our office, e.g., third party property appraisals, claim histories, location inspection reports
